由中鐵十八局集團(tuan)負責施(shi)工的姑蘇地鐵8號(hao)線仁(ren)慈路站—東(dong)延路站區(qu)(qu)(qu)間(jian)左線長705.44米,右線長710.43米。盾構(gou)區(qu)(qu)(qu)間(jian)需穿越多個危(wei)險源,工程危(wei)險高。項目團(tuan)隊在仁(ren)東(dong)區(qu)(qu)(qu)間(jian)掘進(jin)過(guo)程中,嚴厲安排施(shi)工,做到“保(bao)壓(ya)推進(jin)、充分注漿、及時量(liang)測、上下聯動”,有力確保(bao)了隧道成(cheng)型質量(liang)。
為保障(zhang)盾(dun)(dun)構區間(jian)施工(gong)平穩,接(jie)納(na)安(an)全(quan)(quan),項目部(bu)成(cheng)立(li)盾(dun)(dun)構工(gong)程應(ying)急(ji)領導小(xiao)組,嚴厲執行領導帶班制(zhi)度,采納(na)24小(xiao)時(shi)值班制(zhi),定時(shi)安(an)排(pai)涌(yong)水涌(yong)砂應(ying)急(ji)救援(yuan)演練,裝備足夠的應(ying)急(ji)搶(qiang)險救援(yuan)物資并定時(shi)更新;引進技能專家在(zai)工(gong)程發(fa)展中進行檢查指導,精研始(shi)發(fa)與(yu)接(jie)納(na)階段危險操控(kong)、管片(pian)上(shang)浮、管片(pian)拼裝質量等工(gong)藝,嚴控(kong)掘(jue)進參數(shu),合理(li)設(she)置土(tu)壓,做好同步和二(er)次注漿,同時(shi)運用盾(dun)(dun)構施工(gong)信息化辦(ban)理(li),將地表沉降和全(quan)(quan)線偏(pian)差操控(kong)在(zai)合理(li)規模,確保盾(dun)(dun)構施工(gong)全(quan)(quan)面受控(kong)。
作為(wei)姑(gu)(gu)蘇市(shi)從西北到東南(nan)的骨干(gan)交通(tong)線路(lu)、加密線路(lu)和城際客(ke)流集散線路(lu),姑(gu)(gu)蘇軌(gui)(gui)道交通(tong)8號線全面開通(tong)后,將進一(yi)步完善軌(gui)(gui)道交通(tong)線網結構與功(gong)能(neng),極(ji)大改進城區東西向出行條件,方便沿(yan)線居民出行,緩解城市(shi)交通(tong)壓力,為(wei)姑(gu)(gu)蘇經濟社會發展供給(gei)新的增(zeng)長點。
